Yeah yeah i know i know.
As most of you heard by know, my life got extremely busy, cause i finally finished school sort-of and started my carreer. Which is greeaaaaat but it hasn't been very AO-compatible.
I ended up in having so much private things going, that work.. and then private.. well, there goes my time. Extremely stressy, but it's starting to settle down. Starting to get more and more stuff done and organised, and starting to have some free time again.
So, i hope you don't mind if i use the upcoming time at first for some real playtime (really wanna get Nensta to 220, but that isn't a requirement) so i know i'm not "just working again". Once i've had enough playtime (and i truely don't need that much, i'm a geek after all), i'm getting up the botstuff again.
The IT job has been well in a way that i've improved my Linux skills, but my coding skills are going forward too.
What i left behind before the stress was a succesfull test with 3 bots in a "botnet", who communicate or so to say "talk" to eachother. So, if for example we wanna start a raid, a bot joins Atlantean and says "Hey sexy people, i'm coming to get you all who are in."
So, since that's working, i don't expect too much problems with distributed buddylists as well, and that will be the first thing i pick up offcourse. When i finished coding that bish.. love to come, i mean really.. lots of sex and nasty cool stuff will be just a bot-that-handles-raids away.
The reason i kept of the points thing was for 2 reasons:
- I really really really would hate to see it become just another Zergbot.
- I am sure i will and really will have angry people in my neck, hating me for enabling points.
Oh well, more to come soon, glad you started to use the forum
