Follow the path to a lift guarded by two (friendly) Unicorns and use the lift:

You can start exploring: there is a rocky path all around the area, and 4 stairs lead to the central point (pandemonium gate):

This ramp (West of the zone) leads to a portal to Arid Rift:

South West and Sout East, on each side of the big Xan building, you'll see two mysterious portals you won't be able to use for a while:

At the center of The Hub, top of the stairs, you'll find the button to Pandemonium:

At the opposite of the ramp to Arid Rift (East), you'll find the ramp and the shuttle to Neretva Canyon (Dust Brigade zone):

Once in Neretva Canyon, you can talk to the Unicorn girl and she will give you team missions and solo missions to the 7 DB instanced areas (A, B, C, D, E, F, X):
